If you want to be healthy...
Bodies come in different shapes and sizes. Yet, they're all quite important and should be cared.
Having a good posture is challenging, even more if you are a student or an office employee. A good posture will help you look even younger.
That's why you should:
- keep your body in alignment
- Exercise to strengthen your muscles
- While waiting for something put your hands in your shoulders aligned with your ears (while you are in the computer waiting, in a shop, bank, etc...)
- Stretch
- Do some yoga to relax your body
